[ADXA] A25RU update

I just saw ClubLog confirmation from them for 3 bands.  17m, 20m and 40m.
All FT8.  Have not been able to copy them on CW at all.

As for VK9, I think their XYL's have priority over DX ops.  After all, it
is a "vacation".  I have not heard/seen them anywhere.
