Just saw this spot. 

 

A25RU        1709Z  14000.0 SRI. POWER OUTAGES              A25RU  

 

Caught them on 40m and 20m FT8 so far. Hoping to catch them on one of the
upper bands and maybe another mode or two. Hope their power outages are
brief!
