[ADXA] I'm clueless on this one - callsign/P (So what else is new?)

I'm well aware that /P is "usually" portable, but they don't state their
Grid at all on FT8/FT4, so what's the point?
When you go to their /P QRZ page, it directs you to their main call. And
there they have no mention of where they are doing /P. I also muted N0LL/P
since he's not LoTW and haven't worked him.
If the Canadian Prez doesn't know, then it must be a bigger secret than his
pay grade is privy to as well. Thanks Joel for asking. Timing is
everything.
