[ADXA] Late Russia QSL manager letter arrived for TI9A..

For QSOs in February for the TI9A Cocos Island, sent my OQRS $$ back in May. The letter from Nick in Mockba was postmarked to me mid July, so about 8 weeks to get here from USSR. Tough international postal situation for sure.
Needed the TI9 for two band/mode confirmations to complete all band/modes for TI9. Fortunately had 60m confirmed from many years ago. Hang in there, other QSLs coming from “out there” should be arriving within the next 6-8 weeks.
