[ADXA] St. Barthelemy FT8 F/H

TO0Z is working FT8 on 21.085 F/H. Too light for me to copy. But waiting to
see if he becomes stronger on 15m this morning. 

 

Heard several Brazil stations working him, but they disappear and come back,
hopefully, band will get stronger.
