[ADXA] 7Q7RU 60 Meters OK 5357

Aside from the discussion of whether FT8 is legal on 60 meters or not,
7Q7RU is on 5357 KHz now and working some NA. No copy/decode here yet
but its still a tad early and I'm on hot stby. 

At least they are on an authorized USA frequency!
