Congrats!  You’re right, Asia pops in and out.  17 seems to have fallen off somewhat in last few weeks.

Thanks for responses on noise.  Unfortunately, mayor says we can go to work except for city employees.  County mayor here floated attempt to raise taxes yesterday.
