[ADXA] Turkmenistan Question

Yea Joel, but for me Turkmenistan may be my P5… but I digress, as I said my comment may cause some flame mail to be sent my way.

I did find that Turkmenistan is still reported as an IARU Member and the current mailing address and phone number follows.
Currently EZ is the ADXA Membership’s number 8 most wanted entity.

The only information that we have on file is the name and address of their IARU member society. That is:

At this time the United States does not share a reciprocal agreement or a third-party traffic agreement with that country.
