[ADXA] Massive JA Opening on 6 Meters

.313 was almost impossible to work anyone due to the pile. I moved up to
.323 and there were only a couple of JA's there. I started spotting them
as I decoded/worked them and that help alert the JA herd there was
activity on .323 and where I worked the majority of the ones I logged.
