[ADXA] Down to just one Zone for WAZ

This has been ongoing for 45+ years, but I'm down to just one remaining
Zone, today I received a QSL Card from Z81D in Zone 34 which is South
Sudan.  That leaves me needing Zone #23 which is Western China, Mongolia
and some parts of Russia (or other unknown entities in that area).  Even
the China DX contest this past weekend was totally unsatisfactory since I
didn't even see/hear any signals from China, which wasn't a surprise.

As for Zone #23, I did have a SSB contact in 2000 with JT1BG in Mongolia,
but he is now a SK (2005) and his logs are nowhere to be found.  Apparently
he was very active back in the day on many bands.  So, I'm still looking.
