[ADXA] Tower installer

A local ham wants to put up a Hex Beam and is limited to 30 feet tower height.  He wants to hire someone to do the tower work.  We are willing to help him but he’d like to hire someone to do the actual tower work, and probably to plant the hexbeam on top.  
He also may need a few sections of Rohn 25G, but I’m not sure about that.  

I’m sure we could get a hole dug, assemble the hexbeam, etc, but does anyone know a tower guy who might do the rest of it for him?   Of course, he is willing to pay the going rate (would want a ballpark estimate, though).
