I Love shiny QSL cards. I collect all the paper QSL;s I can get. If the
card comes from the country of QSO I even tape the postage stamp to the
back of the card and save that too. (this one didnt). - LOTW is great for
numbers, and accounting, but a REAL PAPER QSL card in hand is a beautiful
thing.
October 2nd I worked A82X on two bands.
Dont laugh at me for being excited about working a country that is half way
down the Wanted list. It was special to me. And, a band fill on 40 meters
where I'm clawing to get from 94 to 100 for 40 meter DXCC.
Anyway, back to my story ... I worked them October 2nd, and I got my PAPER
QSL CARD in the mail Yesterday, Nov. 20th!
If my math is right that's 48 days from DXpedition QSO to Paper QSL card in
my hand.
GAWD I LOVE this hobby. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
