[ADXA] Marquesas Operation Update

You're asking me a question above my pay grade. Beats me. I'm just
reporting what Bernie had in his DX news this morning that Didier is
already on Marquesas ahead of the team and is on. The FO/F6BCW callsign
was a quick comment by me so just file it under FAKE NEWS.....all I know
is Didier is supposed to be there.
