[ADXA] Bouvet - Maybe!

I believe some, if not all, of you have seen the recent post about the 
Rebel DX Group's next Bouvet effort. They're going, but only if they can 
raise $80K for fuel.

I do not intend to propose ADXA fund this effort for this group 
whatsoever. I believe the reasons have been well stated before and there 
is no need to rehash them now. We'll see what transpires. From a 
personal perspective, I do not plan to provide any level of funding 
either.
