I have been swapping emails with Andy.  He says that he is running a 20M
Dipole from his balcony right now and operating "early days" Kenya time.
He will be there for four years and plans to be in other nearby countries.
He is expecting delivery of additional equipment and antennas which should
improve his signal.  Andy made the top of the list this morning on the ARRL
DX Bulletin.
