[ADXA] ADXA Refund from 3Y0Z Bouvet

You will recall ADXA donated $1,000 to last year's failed 3Y0Z Bouvet 
Island DXPedition. Throughout the year the 3Y0Z team indicated once all 
of the equipment was returned and inventoried, invoices were paid and a 
settlement reached with the ship owners they would offer some level of 
refund to donors.

All of this has now been completed and today the 3Y0Z team announced 
they are able to refund 48% of donors contributions, offered in one of 
four options. Three of the options provide for the refund to be 
distributed among one or more of three DX related groups with Option 1 
providing the refund amount to go back to the donor.

The ADXA Executive Committee has reviewed the options and determined 
ADXA's total refund amount of $480 should be returned to our treasury.

Therefore I will instruct the 3Y0Z team to execute Option 1 for the 
Arkansas DX Association.

While on the subject of Bouvet Island, there has not been any recent or 
updated news from the current group claiming to be preparing for a 
Bouvet attempted in the very near future.
