[ADXA] 2019 Russellville Hamfest

Good morning Jon, 

Russellville is definitely an excellent hamfest that I enjoy attending.
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend contacting our ARRL
Section Manager J, N5LKE and ARRL Director Dave, K5UZ to see if there
are any options as ADXA has nothing to do with how ARRL sanctions
hamfests. 

I don't know if the Russellville group has submitted an application for
ARRL sanctioning or not, regardless I would recommend contacting J and
Dave to discuss possible options. I can tell you from my own personal
experience in serving as an ARRL Director and President that moving the
ARRL hamfest sanctioning around to various groups in a state or ARRL
section is the fair thing to do.
