[ADXA] 2019 Russellville Hamfest

There has GOT TO BE some ARRL title that we can have for our Hamfest.
I agree that Mena deserves the 'State Convention" this year.
I understand that it is not our turn to host of the Delta Division
Convention...
But HEY! Russellville is in the top 3 of the BESTest Hamfests in Arkansas.
Surely, there is some ARRL title we can add to our banner.
Help Please.
