[ADXA] Interesting turn of events

I just noticed this morning that it appears 14.074 FT8 has gotten so
congested that a lot of "DX hunters" have moved up to 14.090.  It looks to
me like a great many of them are QRO.  There is some good DX there this
morning that is NOT on 14.074.
