[ADXA] Conference Agenda Revision

The agenda for our conference on December 1 has been slightly revised. 
The ADXA business meeting has been moved to the last item of the day at 
2:30 PM. W3LPL's presentation on Receiving Antenna Ideas has been moved 
to 1:30-2:30 PM in order to not disrupt the good flow of presentations 
with a business meeting and to provide adequate time for questions on 
Frank's presentation.
