[ADXA] ADXA Annual Meeting and Seminar December 1

I am very much looking forward to our upcoming conference December 1. A 
couple of things for everyone.

1. If you have not yet registered, PLEASE do. The sooner the better for 
planning purposes. It is extremely easy and the link is on our website.

2. Hotel room reservations - If you plan to stay one or two nights at 
the Wyndham, please make your hotel reservations now. The cutoff date 
for our room rate and room block expires November 9. If you need a room 
with two beds please let me know. Currently we only have rooms with king 
beds left however we can adjust that as needed. Just let me know.
