[ADXA] UPDATE - Re: 9M0W Spratley Islands

Update from Jeff K1ZM just now. Looks like earliest activation time will
be their sunset, around 1030z, March 7.

For you rookies, if you extrapolate that correctly to our local time you
will need to get up out of bed early, which is standard protocol for big
gun low band DX'ers wanting to work that part of the world!!
