[ADXA] 2019 Membership Dues

Greetings everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that as 2018 comes to a close it is time to 
renew your ADXA membership for 2019.

As has been noted many times, ADXA membership dues are used solely to 
support DXPeditions. Any cost for our meetings or the conference is 
fully paid for by conference registration fees and personal support.

In order for ADXA to financially support a DXPedition, a written policy 
is followed. One of the ADXA officers usually receives a request from a 
DXPedition team member requesting support. The ADXA Executive Committee 
(Pres, VP, Sec/Trea, and the two board members) reviews the request 
based on the following:
1. Is the DXPedition location in the top 50 most needed? if not, then
2. Is there some unique or compelling reason to consider funding? If 
yes, then
3. Determine a dollar amount.

Once the Executive committee agrees on a recommendation, that 
recommendation is brought before the membership at the next regularly 
scheduled meeting as a formal motion and voted on by the members 
attending.
