Greetings Jonathan, 

Great to see you at our conference a couple of weeks ago. 

Regarding the current group planning a Bouvet op, as San has noted, your
guess is a good as anyone else's. They're pretty "tight lipped" about
their plans. That is good in one regard, I guess, in that if those plans
don't materialize they don't have to apologize for a failed promise! 

I'll be honest and tell you I have mixed opinions about this group.
There is a reason they call themselves the "Rebel" DX group! With that
said, we'll see what transpires. I hope they  make the trip and I most
definitely hope it is a safe trip and they make "landfall" on the island
safely. 

All I can state as this point is a phrase Paul Harvey used to say each
day when he signed on for his radio broacast...."STANDBY FOR NEWS!" 

In the meantime, folks, make darn sure your antennas and station are
ready to go!
