[ADXA] Got my Kosovo card Z60A

I have to send it in. I do not use log book of the world To old to start
89 years) old. i worked them on 20 meters SSB on  2018-02-01 at v1452 utc
So  i will be upto date. with the DXCC program.

I also worked them with the Club call here at Maris Grove     Call KA3MGR
2018-02-01 at 1506 utc 20 meter SSB. I am trustee of station.
