[ADXA] Updated Standings for Frank

Frank, W5BPT, has provided updated DXCC standings.  Frank has received his
LOTW confirmations for Kosovo and is back to #1 Honor Roll status.  Frank
also added band/mode updates.  He has reached the 300 confirmed mark on
30M.   See his new totals on the Member Standings page.  The Stats page is
being dropped.

Speaking of 30M, the IOTA DXpedtion to the Solomon Islands (H44R - Russell
Island) and Temotu (H40D - Duff Island) is underway.  I worked H44R this
morning @ 12:14UTC on 30M CW.   H40, Temotu, is fairly rare...#48 on the
current Club Log list.  Check out their website:

Remember or globetrotter, Rick, AI5P, is down in FJ land and looking for
ADXA'ers.   I saw Rick spotted several times yesterday but the bands were
in rotten shape and didn't hear him.
