[ADXA] TL8TT Update

TL8TT from Central African Republic continues to be very active on all the
bands. We haven't had very good propagation on the higher bands although
lower bands have been very active. On 80, 40 and 30 meters signals have
been excellent. As N5ZM reported here last night, they were on 160 last
night with an outstanding signal. Earl and I were both able to put them in
the log on 160. If you're looking for them on the low bands, listen from
our sunset, around 5:30 PM Local, until their sunrise which is around
11:00 PM local our time.

Don't want to miss the Super Bowl tonight?? OK, then miss Lady Goo Goo's
performance at half time and get on the air for a bit and work them if you
haven't.

REMEMBER March 4 at the Russellville Hamfest is our first quarterly
meeting of 2017. We will host two forums, one at 9:00 AM and one at 11:00
AM. One of these will be a "DX'ing 101 Seminar" and the other on a another
DX related topic. We will hold our business meeting afterward.
