[ADXA] Member Stats and Newsletters

I have received updated stats from Earl, N5ZM and San, K5YY, concerning
there Honor Roll and Desoto Challenge numbers after the deletion of KH7K
and KH4 entities last week.  Also, Jay, W5JAY,  who recently "rejoined,"
sent his current stats.  Jay has been associated with ADXA for many years
and it's great to have him back. Jays getting pretty close to the HR
threshold.   I've made a stab at adjusting the Honor Roll numbers for the
remainder of HR folks.  Please take a look to be sure I didn't screw up
your totals.  For the Desoto Challenge chasers, please send me your new
number after the entity deletions.

When we transitioned to the new website I wanted to move the Stats page to
something I could directly edit online rather that maintain as a
spreadsheet, export to.PDF, upload the PDF to the web hosting site, etc.
Joel, W5ZN, put up a strawman WordPress table for me to tinker with.  I've
done some formatting and other tweaks and have it working/looking sorta OK.
  I've got it current with the old PDF version.  I've added it as Member
Standings under the "Our Members" tab.  I notice it doesn't scale correctly
on my smartphone.  I'll  have to research that.  If you have any
suggestions on Font Selection, Font Size, order of the columns,
shading/background, etc. please let me know.  I'd like to get Member
Standings looking good then stop updating the spreadsheet/PDF doc.

Glenn, N5RN, has engaged his "way back machine" and found some more
Newletters.  We have 1st Quarter 1998 through present on the site now.
Take a look to see what was happening back in the 20th century.
