[ADXA] KH4 and KH7K Deletion

As Earl, N5ZM, and David, K5UZ, have pointed out here on the reflector,
Midway and Kure Islands have been placed on the list of DXCC deleted
entities effective August 27, 2016.

This will affect almost everyone's stats.  If your a #1 Honor Roll holder I
can figure out the change for those modes you had 339 for....but not
anything less than 339.  Challenge numbers will change if you had these
confirmed.  This is making it rough on our members who are (were) closing
in on the 3000 mark.

So, please shoot me your new numbers and I'll make a "group" update!

The ADXA DX 101 Forum was well attended at the Hangin' Judge Hamfest. Joel,
W5ZN, our esteemed President, delivered a great presentation that generated
lots of questions and input from the audience. Lots of new tricks for old
dogs!
