[ADXA] ADXA Meeting & Seminar Saturday in Little Rock

Tomorrow is our third quarter meeting and we have a full day of activities!

Our meeting will be held in conjunction with the All-Arkansas Hamfest in
Little Rock. ADXA will have a separate room at the entrance to the hamfest
where we will be showing DX videos, checking DX, WAS and VUCC cards,
recruiting new members, conducting two seminars, and also having our
business meeting.

Ken, K5ALQ has done an outstanding job organizing our meeting activities
and coordinating with the hamfest committee and Frank, N7FF, is providing
many of the program videos and material. I want to thank you for your hard
work organizing this effort. Attached is a copy of the posting for our
scheduled day.

If you wish to attend the ADXA activities but not the hamfest you will not
be subject to the hamfest fee so do not let that be an "excuse" for not
attending!!

Our forums will start at 11:00 with "Working DX" then our business meeting
at 12:30, followed by the second forum "Antennas" at 12:30.

Directions to the hamfest location were in the newsletter sent out a
couple of days ago.

I look forward to seeing each of you tomorrow in Little Rock!
