[ADXA] White Sands

On this trip I also made a brief stop at White Sands National Monument.
This was my second stop there this year. It's 275 square miles of desert
 with great wave-like dunes of gypsum sand - the largest gypsum dune field
in the world. And man, was it HOT.
The sun reflecting off the pure white sand creates quite a furnace! Did I
mention my
car A/C doesn't work? Glad to get back on the road.....
