[ADXA] VP8STI Update

Congrats Dennis.

They are pretty strong here on 15 and 12 this afternoon also.

I would not have wanted to be in a tent on an antarctic island is 70 mph
winds. Dave, KJ9I, who was there in 1992 has told some pretty terrifying
tales!
