Thanks Joel,

I have 3 movies I bought and have played at our club meetings. I'd be glad to have any or all of them viewed at the September meeting:

   K1N Navassa DXpedition (2015)
Nine Expeditions to DXCC Tem Most Wanted (2013)
         3Y0X Peter One
         A52A Bhutan
         AH1A Baker/Howland Island (1993)
         K5D Desecheo Island
         PJ6A Saba
         VK0IR Heard Island (1997)
         VP8GEO South Georgia
         VP8THU South Sandwich Islands (2003)
         VU7RG Lakshadweep
   VP8ORK, South Orkney DXpedition (2011)

Sorry I can't do more but I am really tied up in a project.

Regards, Frank

Hi Frank,

Thanks. Sorry for the delay in responding. Have been out of town on a
personal trip all week and just now getting back to check email.

Wow this really looks great. I just responded to an earlier email from Ken
posing a couple of questions.

I really like your ideas. For starters, we will most definitely provide
card checking. I have not specifically talked to Earl but assume he will
be available as well as Roger, N5QS who can check cards. As a Past ARRL
President I can do so as well so we have three folks to draw from. We can
also check WAS and VUCC as well.

Also, fully understand and appreciate the concern about the portable alter
and obviously we will take great care not to disturb this.

I believe we would want the 50 seat room next to the entrance. While this
may be small it provides us with the best exposure and we aren't limited
with time as we would be with the larger room in case the VE session had
to expand their time frame.

All of your ideas to consider are all excellent and we will pursue them.

I will expand on your list and submit a proposed agenda for consideration.
What DXpedition movies/videos do you currently have, or do you just get
those from another source as needed??

Other thoughts??

MUCHO thanks to Ken for his work here and for your recommendations!
