[ADXA] North Korea

Graft is one thing and pretty common in many parts of the world, but to
pay a regime that has threatened nuclear destruction to it's neighbors (and
us!)
is crossing the line for me for a hobby. They want foreign money for their
programs no matter how they get it. Sending their workers to foreign
countries
to earn money was a new one for me. Xenophobia to the worst degree equals
North Korea.... Rick
