[ADXA] North Korea

Not to jump in the middle of politics but it is not uncommon to have to
pay the government of a very rare DX country a good bit of money for
operating permission. It has happened many, many times in the past so this
is not unique. There is a reason a lot of these countries are rare!

Regardless, this was an unfortunate ordeal and I'm sure everyone has read
a number of the details and opinions from both sides of the isle. N6PSE is
certainly a very experienced DXpedition leader and knows what he's doing,
especially since he just returned from South Sandwich and South Georgia
Island's and added those to his extensive list of rare DX activations.

Hopefully this will work out in the long run and P5 will be activated at a
level far above what it has in the past.
