[ADXA] addition to Don Miller story

I should have added my thanks to Pat, W5VY.    Pat had an extra ticket to the banquet and invited me to go with him.   When Don said he would be glad to have his picture taken with me, Pat was there with a good camera-phone.   The camera on my phone isn't great, so Pat's picture turned out much better.   I was glad Pat was there to be able to meet Don also.   The whole experience was a little surreal since Don was the last ham on earth I ever expected to come face to face with.   Every time I hear about the latest DXpedition extravaganza with a half million dollar budget and 15 operators, I think about Don taking his Collins equipment out to those rocks and islands and working all by himself.
