Hi

Only thing I can suggest which is probably of little help

all airnavsystem programmes

the registration input is case sensitive

for instance if I enter  KEITH or keith  it wont have it

enter Keith  and it will and the same with my surname

it also applies to any letters in the other part of the codes

you must enter the reg. codes exactly as they appear in the e-mail they 
send you  including any spaces
