[ACARS] Still Problems!

Can anyone suggest an answer as to why I can receive ACARSD and marry it
into AN4, while being unable to decode either WACARS or Airnav Acars AN2,
the former being free and the latter having been paid for with Registration
Number which it will not apparently accept and Airnav Support seems totally
incapable to help! Have downloaded AN2 three times with zilch result; there
is something strange about paying for a product which does not work,
although I know that friends and colleagues have it working OK! The oddity
maybe tied up with the Demo/Registration Nos, all of which date back to July
27th,and I have to suspect Airnav's PC/Payment and answering systems!
