[ACARS] Specs for freeware?

Arcars signals use Phase Shift Keying (according to ARINC 597-5)  or  Minimum 
Shift Keying 

I'm creating linux-based freeware to decode Acars signals from any AM 
receiver simply plugged into your computer's sound card. 

http://www2.faa.gov/asd/standards/trm-docs.cfm lists some specs, but I found 
no way do download any of them. 

Would anyone on this list be able and willing to supply me with this stuff, 
please?
