[80m] Beacon - The N2XE Beacon Tribune

It looks like nobody wants to play anymore :-(

The beacon has been running high power at 2.5 mW on 80 meters.  One station 
reported decent copy but it was subject to deep fades.  I'm going to bump 
it up a little more for tonite's run--again on 80 meters using the 
FRV  antenna.

Start 2000Z, End 1330Z, 3545.5 KHz at 3 to 4 mW.
