[80m] Beacon Tribune - The N2XE - High Power Tests Resume!

As press time approached, no copy on the 200 uW beacon
:-(

Due to the high Kp index, proton event and impending coronal mass ejection, 
the beacon will be running at 2 mW on 80 meters.

This should be a good opportunity to directly hear the effect of the CME 
slamming into the magnetosphere at about 2100Z today!

Beacon will fire up early at 1900Z and run through sun-up on 3545.5 KHz

E=IR, it's not just a good idea, it's the law!
