[80m] Elevated radials for 80M

Ground mounted with 50 radials will be much better than 4 raised
radials.  But the vertical with raised radials will work.  I have a wire
80m vertical fed against 2 raised radials here at home and it works
fine.  It would work better on the ground with 50 radials though.  

BTW, advice that includes "I've worked..." should be considered lightly
IMO.  You want to look for people who have actually compared two systems
and published their results.  I can work DXCC on 80 with a G5RV.  That
doesn't make it a good antenna.  No offense to the person who shared his
experience.  This kind of thing happens all the time, and I just like to
point out what should be obvious.
