[80m] list and a note

Agree with Dave, this has been the worst year on 80 meters that I have ever
seen and I have been chasing dx on the band for more than 15 years. However,
I should point out that on New Year's eve between 2130 and 2230 we had the
best long path opening I have ever seen.  JA's and HL's were literally 5X9 +
10 on my meter.  On the other hand sunrise(1000 to 1200) have been  a big
zero.  Things have to get better.
