[70cm] crossband freq suggestions

I always run pl tone on it anyway. I also have the option to use DCS, but my
handheld doesn't do DCS at the moment that'll be an upgrade for later :)

I'll probably just pick a couple of frequencies in that 445-447 range then
and program them in the radio, cause i want to be able to use something
where ever I'm at across the US. That way if anyone would ever complain I'll
just refer them to the ARRL band plan. :)

It's not often that I use the feature, but just want to be prepared in case
I would need it for anything.
