Gotta love it ...
Under "The Heba 103 Works Quite Well" section of the promo sheet the authors
say of the original WGFP monopole ...
"The ground system was 30-years-old and had suffered some damage over the years since installation in 1979."
They then proceed to do Proof of Performance measurements of the damaged
antenna (extent of the damage conveniently left out) and use that for the
baseline of comparison.
They come to the conclusion that the
"Heba 103 exhibits a comparable radiation efficiency and an improvement in omni-directionality."
Comparison is to a damaged antenna? You can't make this stuff up ...

All these goofy pathological science antennas can really do to benefit
communications is cause some people to learn how EM fields are really
generated.
The best education on how something works is often found by looking at
something that is a gross misrepresentation.
