Looks to me like the graphical representation of a Black hole 
(everything goes in; nothing comes out);  err dummy load?

BTW I am building a very short (1/52 lambda*) monopole for 630m with 
ground radials and top hat radials (80m dipole crossed with 40m dipole). 
  Also called a "Tee". My previous 600m antenna was an Inverted-L.
