An addendum:
KD0VBR in Colorado was strong on 474.0 as I was leaving the ham shack.
I called him and sent him a 559 report, receiving the same. Band was
stable out west and nice to see activity out that way. Tom noted that
it was his first 472 Q in a few years. Keep your ears out for him.
It can be lonely out in the West. He also seems to be a night owl by
many standards here in the East HI!
