Can you share a link to the converter plans?

I am tossing around designing my own transverter or just buying the
transverter from Australia.

If I did a transverter I would kit it just to help get some people on
630M.  The lights are always on and often nobody is home.

A 100W single band transverter would be fairly simple. I would love to
use something other than my antique IC751A radio. Although it is running
100W+ output now, it is about half my age.
I want to use a newer better radio. :)
