[600MRG] Best receiver settings

On my K3S for WSPR on 630m and 160m I mostly use SSB BW, with AGC OFF 
except on very noisy night, turning down the RF gain as needed, no 
preamp, no noise blanker or DSP noise reduction.  I try to give the WSPR 
software the highest fidelity linear recording possible.
I have found that slow AGC works nearly as well.
