[600MRG] 630m noise

The old timers did what sounded crazy. They made a Beverage Antenna
directly on the ground, unterminated.
I guess it's slightly directional but the signal to noise ratio - I've seen
and used one - was very good, switch on the full size 1/4 wave on 1.8 MHz
and noise, no signals. But on this ground mounted beverage, I could hear
people calling.
It's easy enough, it seems.
